The PROPAC batteries delivers energy for up to two PROFILITE PLUS or X10AC/DC studio flashes, making any combination of units with flash outputs from 200 to 2000 Ws possible. For up to 150 minutes at full power operation, either one or two two V6 multi-voltage LED-Lights can also be operated on a PROPAC battery. A big advantage compared to smilier battery systems is that the PROPAC units do not require to be monitored by a built-in thermal cut-out. Uninterrupted flash firing is therefore possible - even when in extreme use.

A PROPAC can deliver its full capacity of flashes without having to switch off due to overheating after just 50 or 100 flashes. Its role as a pure power source results in the consistency of recycling times and flash durations of the connected PROFILITE PLUS / X10 units. The "Auto-Off" function helps to conserve battery power by automatically turning off the modeling light if the unit is idle for 15 seconds, and is turned back on as soon as the next flash is fired.

The compact PROPAC 1 delivers more than 300 flashes in combination with a PROFILITE PLUS 800 studio flash at full output and 310 flashes in combination with a X10 AC/DC flash at full output. Thousands of flashes are possible with the use of a PROFILITE PLUS 2 at lower output. Short recharging time of about 4 hours rounds off the PROPAC 1 versatility. Extended charging of 10 hours or more increase the batteries capacity by an extra 25%. One lamp socket also serves as the charger connection for the 90-260 V multi-voltage charger (PACLA).
